NAMAZ KI NIYAT
Bismillahirrahmanirraheem
Rasool
Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya: "Amaloo ka daromadaar
niyato par hai" (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Bad ul Wahi Hadees no. 1, Sahih
Muslim Kitabul Imarah Hadees no. 1907)
Is
liye zaruri hai k hum apne tamaam (jayez) aamaal mein (sab se pehle)
pur khuloos niyat kar liya kare kyunki jesi niyat hogi wesa hi phal
milega.
Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi
Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam
ne farmaya: ek shaheed Allah k saamne qayamat ko laya jayega Allah us
se puchega k tune kya amal kiya? wo kahega k mein teri raah mein lad kar
shaheed hua! Allah farmayega tu jhoota hai balke tu is liye lada k
tujhe bahadur kaha jaye (bas teri niyat duniya mein puri ho gayi) phir
usey muh k bal utha kar jahannam mein daal diya jayega phir ek shohrat
ki garz se sakhawat karne wale maaldaar aur ek aalim ka bhi yahi hashar
hoga. (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Imarah Hadees no. 1905)
wuzu
karte waqt dil mein ye niyat kare k Allah k huzoor (namaz mein) hazir
hone k liye wuzu karne laga hu aur phir jab namaz padhne lage to dil
mein ye qasad aur niyat kare k sirf Allah ki khushnudi k liye is kaam ko
baja laata hu.
niyat kyunki dil
se talluq rakhti hai isi liye zubaan se ada karne ki koi zarurat nahi
aur niyat ka zuban se ada karna na Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa
Sallam ki sunnat aur Sahaba Razi Allahu Aanhum k amal se sabit nahi hai.
apne
dil mein kisi kaam ki niyat karna aur zarurat k waqt kisi ko apni niyat
se aagah karna ek jayez baat hai magar namaz se pehle niyat padhna
akal, nakal aur lugat teeno k khilaf hai

Akal k khilaf is liye hai k bahut se aese kaam hai jinhe shuru karte
waqt hum zuban se niyat nahi padhte kyunki hamare dil mein unhe karne ki
niyat aur iradah mojood hota hai masalan joota pehan’ne lagte hai to
kabhi nahi padhte "joota pehan’ne laga hu" wagairah to kya namaz hi ek
aesa kaam hai jis k agaaz mein uski niyat padhna zaruri ho gaya? namaz
ki niyat to us waqt ho jati hai jab aadmi azaan sun kar masjid ki taraf
chal padta hai aur usi niyat ki wajah se usey har kadam par nekiya milti
hai lihaza namaz shuru karte waqt jo kuch padha jata hai wo niyat nahi
bidaat hai.
2. Nakal k khilaaf is
liye hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam aur Sahaba Razi
Allahu Aanhum jab namaz padha karte they aur agar wo apni namazo se
pehle niyat padhna chahte to aesa kar sakte they unke liye koi rukawat
nahi thi lekin un mein se kabhi kisi ne namaz se pehle zuban se niyat
nahi padhi, iske bar-akas wo hamesha apni namazo ka agaaz takbeer e
tehreema (Allahu Akbar) se karte rahe sabit ye hua k namaz se pehle
niyat na padhna sunnat hai.

Lugat k is liye khilaaf hai k niyat arbi zuban ka lafz hai arbi mein
uska maana "iradah" hai aur iradah dil se kiya jata hai zuban se nahi
bilkul isi tarah jese dekha ankh se jata hai pao se nahi, dusro lafzo
mein niyat dil se ki jati hai zuban se padhi nahi jati.
Baaz
loog rooza rakhne ki dua, hajj k talbiya aur nikah mein aejaab wa
qabool se namaz wali murawajjah niyat ko sabit karne ki koshih karte hai
arz ye hai k “Roza rakhen wali dua hadees e zaeef hai lihaza hujjat
nahi, hajja ka talbiya sahih hadeeso se sabit hai wo Nabi E Kareem
Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki pairvi mein kehna zaroori hai magar namaz
wali murawajjah niyat kisi hadees mein warid nahi hui, reh gaya nikah
mein aejaab wa qabool ka masla chunkey nikah ka talluq huqooq ul ibaad
se bhi hai aur huqooq ul ibaad mein mehaz niyat se nahi balkey iqraar,
tehreer aur gawahi se muamalaat tey kiye jaate hai jabke namaz mein to
bandah apne rabb k huzoor khada hota hai jo tamaam niyato ko khoob
jaan’ne wala hai phir waha niyat padhne ki kya zaroorat hai lihaza ahle
islaam se guzarish hai k is bidaat se nijaat paaye aur sunnat k mutabiq
namaz ka aagaaz kare”.
Imam ibne
Taimiyah Rahimahullah farmate hai k alfaaz se niyat karna ulama e
muslimeen mein se kisi k bhi nazdeek mashrooh nahi Rasool Allah
Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam, aap k Khulafa e Rashideen, aur degar Sahaba
Razi Allahu Anhum, aur na hi is ummat k salaf aur A'imma mein se kisi
ne alfaaz se niyat ki, ibadat mein masalan wuzu, gusal, namaz, roza aur
zakaat wagirah mein jo niyat wajib hai bil ittefaaq tamaam a'imma e
muslimeen k nazeed uski jagah dil mein hai. (Al Fatawa Kabeer)
Imam ibne Hamaam aur ibne Qayyim bhi isko bidaat kehte hai.
